Rare Earth Metals Announces Amendment to Warrant Term

Thunder Bay, ON – Rare Earth Metals Inc (“Rare Earth Metals”, “RA”, “REM” or the “Company”) (TSX VENTURE:RA) announces that further to its news release dated October 27, 2010 it is amending the term of the warrants comprising the Units to now provide that the exercise period for the warrants will, at the option of the Company, be accelerated to a 30 day exercise period if after the four month hold period the shares of the Company trade above $0.80 for ten consecutive days.
