Rare Earth Metals Files Application on OTCQX

Thunder Bay, ON – Rare Earth Metals Inc. (“Rare Earth Metals”, “RA” or the “Company”) (TSX-V: RA) is pleased to announce that it has commenced the application process for trading on OTCQX, the OTC market’s highest tier.
Berenbaum Weinshienk PC will serve as Rare Earth Metals’ Principal American Liaison ("PAL") on OTCQX, responsible for providing guidance on OTCQX requirements and U.S. securities law.

The Company is ramping up its exploration activities on the Red Wine Project in anticipation of its 2500 metre resource drilling program, scheduled to start by mid-June. Ongoing exploration activities are being conducted on three properties in Ontario and a status report will be provided shortly.
